Rachel Denning didn’t begin traveling until she was the mother of four small children. It soon became a long-term addiction, and a tool for educating herself and her kids about all the things she never knew about the world.

In order to support their travel habit, Rachel created a website that shared their family travel adventures; The Art of Family Travel; tips on creating ‘freedom income’, and on How to Create a Ridiculously Awesome Life.

Story of Triumph

Becoming an entrepreneur has been a long hard road for me. I knew very little about it from the outset (in fact, I knew very little about proper money management). In 2008, we experienced major financial disaster, losing almost everything we had and almost declaring bankruptcy. We’ve been bootstrapping ever since, but business is now on the up and up.
