Executive Producer/Host, Tea Silvestre

Tea Silvestre, aka the Word ChefTea Silvestre, aka The Word Chef, is an author and branding consultant with a passion for teaching small business owners how to market their unique offerings (aka their Secret Sauce) online.

Her professional marketing background spans more than 20 years in various industries (from healthcare to government to nonprofit). She worked her way up from the position of graphic designer and copy editor to Director of Marketing for a national nonprofit.

In addition to her strategic skills, Tea excels at helping her clients integrate online marketing channels and tools, and has a proven track record of building and growing audiences – both online and off.

She’s the author of Attract and Feed a Hungry Crowd: How Thinking Like a Chef Can Help You Build a Solid Business (2012); the founder of The Annual Tastiest Small Biz Brand Awards, and the Founder of the paradigm-shifting web series, “Prosperity’s Kitchen” (airing in January 2013). She also hosts a monthly podcast on BlogTalkRadio (The Word Cafe) where she interviews thought leaders in the world of marketing.

Recently, she spearheaded the groundbreaking research project: Solopreneurs & How We Market Online, 2012.
